Tina Kelly is a Midwestern illustrator, graphic designer, and cartoonist. She graduated from Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration and minor in communication design in 2024. She specializes in comics and children’s book illustration.

Tina has been an active member of Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators for nearly two years. She is engaged in the Wisconsin division, participating in panels, workshops, and conferences. She is also an active member for Milwaukee Comix Social, a local group of graphic novel enthusiasts and creators.

Tina frequently tables at several conventions and artist markets. Notable events include Milwaukee Indie Local Comic (MILK) Fest, Twin City Zine Fest, MKE DeStash, Madison Print & Resist Zine Fest, Milwaukee Zine Fest, Handmade Omaha, Sheboygan Zine Fest, BFF Omaha, and MIAD Winter Sale. Her artwork and books are also available online such as Amazon, Redbubble, and Threadless.
